Our team here at the Mastertronic Collectors Archive have been discussing a few ideas regarding the website and adding some extra content going forward. While we are adding/updating checklists on a regular basis and bringing you all plenty of reviews we felt that there was potentially going to be something missing in the long run.
We had all of the Mastertronic range planned out, as well as all of their sub-labels. Early preparation was also in place to start covering ranges from the modern Mastertronic Group but we knew we still weren’t quite covering everything…
So after some collective brainstorming we’re expanding our plans to include all of the following as well:
- DroSoft – the Spanish company who re-released a number of Mastertronic titles in their own range
- Melbourne House – after they bought the company, we felt that it was only right to include them
- Virgin Games – again, with the formation of Virgin Mastertronic, the pre-merger titles deserve a place in the joint company history
So going forward you’ll see these integrated into our checklists as well as seeing reviews for most of these alongside the main Mastertronic ranges. We’re sure there will be more in the future, but for those of you who collect any of the above rest assured that your collections won’t be forgotten!
