Once Mastertronic formally merged with Virgin and became Virgin Mastertronic, the Mastertronic Plus range was cancelled and as the budget side of the company drew to a close, their final range was Tronix, made up of re-releases from various published (but primarily Virgin Mastertronic themselves). The range covered 8-bit and 16-bit systems, with the 16-bit range also incorporating the 16-Blitz name into the title, often being referred to as 16-Blitz Tronix.
